These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ManaDiscStats Discord bot (the “Bot”), operated by ManaCube (“we”, “us”, “our”). By adding the Bot to a server or using a server where the Bot is present, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Bot
The Bot collects message activity statistics, such as message counts per channel, for internal community analytics. It does not read or store message content. See our Privacy Policy for details.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service to use the Bot.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Bot in any way that breaks Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Try to exploit, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Bot or the systems it runs on
- Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose
4. Availability
The Bot is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or stop the Bot at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Bot will always be available or free of errors.
5. Termination
We may restrict or end anyone's access to the Bot at any time, for any reason. Server administrators may remove the Bot from their server at any time.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot.
8. Third-Party Services
The Bot runs on Discord, and your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for Discord's services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted, and the effective date above will be updated. If you keep using the Bot after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
